Hey, it's me! I'm Ryan Pleggenkuhle (it's a German last name FYI) and I created this site with the idea that .....

I graduated from Mount Mercy University with a journalism degree in 2012. In the summer of 2011, I had interned with the Cedar Rapids Gazette's sports department. After completing my required course hours that summer, I was asked to stay on as a correspondent. I've been covering local sports, primarily high school/prep sports ever since.
